🔹 1. Our Service Fee (assistance fee)
We charge a transparent, non-refundable service fee for the time and expertise our agents provide. This fee is disclosed and agreed upon before any transaction is completed. Because our team works immediately to assist you (researching, calling airlines, processing changes), the service fee is generally non-refundable once the service is performed.
When the service fee may be refunded
- Service not completed: If we are unable to provide the requested assistance (e.g., airline rejects change, booking impossible) and you did not receive any benefit, we will fully refund our service fee.
- Duplicate charge: If you are accidentally charged twice, we refund the duplicate immediately.
- Technical error: If a system error prevents us from delivering what was promised, we will refund the fee.
When the service fee is not refunded
- Service successfully performed: Once we complete a booking, change, cancellation, or seat selection as requested, the fee is earned and non-refundable.
- Change of mind: If you later decide not to travel or no longer need our help after we've done the work.
- Airline disputes: If the airline later changes or cancels a flight, our original service fee remains non-refundable (though we can assist with airline refunds).
🔹 2. Airline fares, taxes, and fees (airline refunds)
Any money collected for airline tickets, taxes, baggage fees, seat fees, or other airline charges is held and remitted to the airline. We do not set these amounts and cannot control airline refund policies. Airline refunds are subject to the fare rules of your ticket (e.g., non-refundable vs. refundable fares, change penalties).
How we handle airline refund requests
- If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Many airlines allow 24-hour cancellation for a full refund (even for non-refundable fares). We will assist you in cancelling and requesting the refund. Our service fee for that assistance is still earned, but the airline fare will be refunded per their policy.
- Refundable tickets: If you purchased a refundable fare, you are entitled to a refund minus any airline penalties. We help you submit the request.

We will always honor this by helping you cancel within that window. Our service fee for the booking assistance remains non-refundable because the service (booking) was performed. However, if you cancel within minutes and we can void the booking entirely, we may issue a service fee refund as a courtesy.
